Q) Will you be offering plus sizes?

A) Yes! Our goal is to offer inclusive sizing. We are currently working on this - keep an eye out in the near future!

 

Q) I'm tall and a 25" inseam is too short on me. Will you be offering extended lengths?

A) Yes! As we aim to offer more inclusive sizing this is also something we are actively working on. Thanks for bearing with us!

 

 

Q) Do you ship outside of the United States?

A) We are currently offering shipping to the US and Canada. If you encounter any issues placing an order to Canada please contact us at support@pinnacleoutfitters.shop.

 

Q) What is your return policy?

A) We gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as they are requested within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. A flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your return to cover the cost of return shipping.

 

Q) What is your shipping policy?

A) Orders within the US are shipped via USPS usually the next business day. You can expect your package to arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders are shipped with DHL and usually arrive between 1-2 weeks.
