Q) When will the Nomad Legging be restocked?

A) We are aiming to restock in Spring 2025!

 

Q) Why is the zipper on the Nomad Legging located on the side of the pocket instead of at the top?

A) The zipper is located on the side of the pocket to ensure maximum durability. Placing the zipper at the top, horizontally, would cause extra tension on the seams and fabric. By placing the zipper vertically, there is less tension and ensures a higher level of durability and reliability (trust us, we tried it). 

 

Q) Will you be offering plus sizes?

A) Yes! We have been working really hard behind the scenes to make this possible. Our goal is launch more sizes in April 2025. Stay tuned!

 

Q) I'm tall and a 25" inseam is too short on me. Will you be offering extended lengths?

A) Yes! As a small, new business with very limited funds, we are working hard behind the scenes to hopefully make this happen in the very near future. We believe a 25" inseam is the best, universal option for a 7/8 ankle legging in the meantime. We'll keep you updated!

 

Q) Do you ship outside of the United States?

A) We currently offer international shipping to most countries. If you encounter any issues placing an international order please contact us at support@pinnacleoutfitters.shop.

 

Q) What is your return policy?

A) We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn merchandise in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. 

A flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your return to cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns must be mailed back within 14 days of your return request being approved or else they will be automatically cancelled.

Q) What is your shipping policy?

A) Orders within the US are shipped via USPS usually the next business day, but sometimes can take up to 3 business days due to order volume. You can usually expect your package to arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL and usually arrive between 1-2 weeks.

Q) My order was lost or stolen. What can I do?

A) If your order is deemed lost by USPS, and you purchased our Shipping Insurance, we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost.
